Bastogne museum
A trip to Bastogne must
include a visit to the "Original museum" where Roland
DELPERDANGE presents numerous objects collected during more
than forty years.

More than
3.500 items are spread over three halls, where they are
grouped around three topics :
- one hall
is dedicated to the military and civil life during the
battle of the Ardennes.
- a second
room shows old tools used in the agriculture and by
craftsmen, and which were part of the daily life of the
local people during centuries.
- a last
room is dedicated to nature, and presents more than 300
animals set up and placed in their original environment.

The
museum is located
20, rue de Neufchateau in Bastogne, only 50 m. away
from McAuliffe's square
(tel : 061/21 49 11).
